Darcy is exceeding our expectations.  He is a lovely mover, a bold and brave jumper, and kind friendly temperament is a perfect combination for him to be a successful show horse.  He was purpose bred to be an eventer, and he truly has what it takes to go far.

His Aunt, Kyra was a 5 star eventer with olympian Boyd Martin.  His sire Darwin IHE is sired by A Fine Romance, who also produced A Little Romance, the Pan Am partner of Canadian Eventer Jessica Pheonix.

His brother Cartel AV has turned into a stunning young amateur mount, who has shown to 1.15 and has the scope and the talent to go even higher.   He is always in top placings, and can be ridden by many different riders with the similar results.

Darcy is the tallest of the offspring produced by Vendela.  I expect he could easily mature to 16.2 hh.
